Biking from Bike Arenal office 16km – 10 miles roundtrip on flat terrain through cattle farms and the rainforest.
During the agricultural tour through trails surrounded by nature, designed in geometric shapes, you will have the opportunity to:
Participate in activities such as cassava harvesting, Tasting, medicinal plants, Learn about organic crops and their sustainable management.
Our guides will share information about the farm's products, their benefits, uses and cultivation methods.
Visit to the Biodigester: The tour includes a stop at the biodigester, where a small farm with chickens, quails, pigs and a cow is located. In this space, methane gas is generated as part of the efforts to use natural resources in a
sustainable way. Here you can get a closer look at this process and understand how the farm integrates circular economy practices into its
activities.
La Troja, a Must: The tour also includes a stop at La Troja, where you will experience the artisanal process of sugar cane processing in a manual sugar mill. There you can enjoy: Fresh cane juice. Pieces of cane to chew. Sobado (sugar cane candy). A drink of guaro (only for adults)
