Tour details

Discovering the wonderful secrets of this forest is to find a wildlife sanctuary, the density of biodiversity makes our trails a special place to admire the species that you find along the way.
It is important that when doing the self-guided tour you pay special attention to the different sectors of the forest, from the treetops, the intermediate space and the forest floor; this way you will have the opportunity to appreciate even more species.

An easy and familiar tour on 250 hectares of protected land, with all the care taken by you! When we get to the parking lot (depending on the weather), you will see one of the most beautiful views of the Arenal Volcano.

Your guide will accompany you on the hike to help you make the most of your 3km hike and with their experienced eye they will point out things that you may never have known how to look for on your own! The suspension bridges are built in a primary rainforest, which is extremely rich in vegetation, home to many species of birds, 3 different species of monkeys, wild boars, many types of reptiles, and much more.
